1. General Terms

  1. This document outlines the general terms and conditions for using the platform, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved regarding the services provided.
  2. It is necessary to read and accept these terms before registering on the platform and using its services.
  3. Both the student and teacher agree to comply with the rules stated in this agreement.
  4. When filling out the registration form, the student and teacher must confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions by checking the designated box. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement.

2. Definitions

  1. Alim Platform – A service provider offering remote and in-person tutoring for curricular and non-curricular subjects.
  2. Website – The official site of the Alim Platform.
  3. Service – Educational sessions enabling direct interaction between teacher and student, either in person or remotely.
  4. Student – The individual receiving services from Alim Platform.
  5. Student’s Guardian – The legal guardian of a user under 18 years of age who is using the platform’s services with their consent.
  6. Teacher – The individual providing tutoring sessions to students via Alim Platform.
  7. Registration – The process of joining the platform.
  8. Content – All data on the site, including text, images, and videos.

3. Registration and Acceptance

  1. A student or teacher may only register once using a specific email address and phone number.
  2. Both parties confirm they have a valid and active email and phone number and must check their email regularly. Any changes must be reported to the platform’s admin team immediately.
  3. The email and phone number are tied to the user’s identity and used for all communication related to service delivery.

4. Commencement of Agreement

  1. The agreement takes effect once the registration is completed and the terms and conditions are accepted.

5. Platform Users

  1. Alim Platform welcomes anyone 18 years or older interested in education. Users under 18 must have parental supervision.

6. Educational Sessions

  1. Sessions are conducted based on what the teacher and student agree upon.
  2. Both parties must ensure a suitable environment and necessary technical setup for the session.
  3. Students must be ready at the scheduled session time.
  4. If a student is late, the missed time is deducted from the session and is non-recoverable.
  5. If a teacher is unable to deliver a session, it must either be provided by a substitute teacher at the same scheduled time or rescheduled by coordination with the original teacher.
  6. Alim Platform is not responsible for compensating missed sessions due to unjustified absences or lack of prior notice.
  7. If the absence is due to illness, a medical report must be provided.
  8. Session fees are paid in advance via electronic payment.
  9. Teachers are required to maintain high levels of professionalism and skill.
  10. Teachers must preserve the confidentiality of any information they access.

7. Monitoring and Evaluation

  1. Alim Platform regularly monitors and evaluates both students and teachers.

8. Communication with the Teacher

  1. Communication between teacher and student is supervised by the platform and must use the official channels provided (platform messages, email, phone, etc.). Personal contact outside the platform is not allowed without the platform’s knowledge.
  2. If the student has questions regarding their sessions, they should communicate directly with their teacher.
  3. Any complaints about a teacher should be directed to platform management.
  4. Teachers and students are prohibited from arranging agreements or payments outside the platform.
  5. If a contract is canceled due to actions taken by either party, the platform has the right to claim the full value of the contract.

9. Technical Requirements

  1. Its recommended to attend sessions using a desktop or laptop for the best experience. Phones and tablets may be used but may affect session quality.
  2. Students must ensure that their internet connection, microphone, and camera are functioning properly before the session starts.

10. Alim Platform’s Rights and Obligations

  1. 1. Responsibilities:
  • Provide services at the best quality possible.
  • Resolve issues that hinder students from benefiting from the services.
  • Assign the most suitable teacher to each student based on level and capability.

  • Temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond control.
  • Send emails regarding platform updates and new features.
  • Cancel subscriptions of users who violate the terms and conditions.

  • Teachers earn the agreed amount per session, with 11% deducted by the platform.
  • Teachers are not allowed to collect payments in cash or outside the platform.
  • Settlements between teachers and Alim Platform occur at the end of each calendar month.

11. Privacy

  • If the platform provides you with a username, password, or any other private information, it must be kept confidential. Disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Alim Platform owns all intellectual property rights related to its website and brand. These are protected and may not be used without permission.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Alim Platform is not responsible for technical issues on the students side that prevent access to services.
  2. The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by unforeseen and unavoidable events. Students will be notified in such cases.

14. Complaints and Suggestions

  1. Alim Platform is committed to improving its services and listening to user feedback.
  2. Students may submit complaints or suggestions regarding the service.
  3. Complaints should include user information, a description of the issue, and proposed solutions if possible.

15. Termination of Relationship

  1. Students have the right to stop using the service and request the deletion of their personal data at any time.
  2. To terminate the relationship, students must contact the platform’s admin team to finalize the process.

16. Modification of Terms and Conditions

  • These terms may be modified at any time due to system updates, technical developments, or other reasons deemed necessary. Changes take effect once published on the website.
